Shipping Info

We ship by B-post, the Belgian post. We use their official prices. It's a regular service - not an express one - which means they deliver quick enough to be normal (in a Belgian way), but slower than the much more expensive speed service. If you'd like a faster service, and want to pay for it, let us know (it kan triple the price!). But we like the slower motion;-)
We ship as quick as possible, but as we are musicians in the first place, we give ourselves maximum 5 (rehearsal- or concert-) days after your order to put everything beautifully in our outbox.

Return Policy
